  • The CATO machines use a mixer system which is the most efficient and delicate available in the market. They do not produce smearing or raise the temperature of the meat.
  • The robust “CATO T” system of paddles combines smoothness and speed in the mixer process.
  • Exclusive non-contamination system in the cabinet to ensure the integrity of the product under any working conditions.
  • Double turning direction and the option to use it as a salting or maceration tumbler.
  • Removable paddles for easy and flexible maintenance.
  • Optional: Lifter, cooling using N, CO2 or H2O.
